About the Journal
OJS DEV is a peer-reviewed, open-access specialist journal within the OJS DEV (OJS DEV) publishing platform. It provides a scholarly forum for high-quality research, critical inquiry and innovation in Business, Finance and Management.
The journal welcomes original work in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, entrepreneurship, marketing, human-resource management, corporate governance, organisational studies, innovation, and public-sector management. It gives particular attention to research that responds to African priorities, strengthens knowledge and professional practice, supports innovation and sustainable development, or contributes evidence and ideas with wider international significance.
